From a Contract Master
DD-Master
makes DD250 creation fast and simple. Just point and
click on the items to be shipped, and it creates the
DD250. And a few more clicks is all it takes to submit
the shipment to Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
It's even easy to find an item in the list, which can
be sorted by CLIN (as shown above), National Stock Number,
or Part Number.
Setting
the Quantity To Be Shipped
After selecting
an item to be shipped, DD-Master presents it for review.
To include the item in the shipment:
- Enter the quantity
to be shipped.
- Or, select "Ship Zero
Quantity" (for informational items).
- Enter
the Serial Numbers, if known or desired.
Shipment
Number Confirmation
DD-Master
keeps track of the shipment numbers for each contract.
It maintains a separate sequence for each Ship-From
address used in a contract. DD-Master's Report
Generator produces a Shipment Number Log to help
keep track of where things went.
