RLoadMgr x:\path\myshipper.XML Reads the load configuration from a XML file, converts to and opens as an RLS file. RLoadMgr /C=DLA900-05-X-1234 [/O=1234] /S=MPT0001 [/F=MyShipper] Opens the RFIDLog.Txt in the Std-Barc data folder and loads the RF Tags assocatied with the Contract-Order and Shipment numbers passed, where: /C Contract Number /O Order Number (optional) /S Shipment Number /F Name of Load Mgr file to create (optional) ----------------------- Pallet Scan Log Import ----------------------- A Pack Update(ASN) transaction can be created from a Pallet Scan Log file, of the format (indent added): 1,2F1303132333435000100001 1,2F1303132333435000100002 1,2F0303132333435000100003 1,2F1303132333435000100003 1,2F130313233343500010000C 2,2F130313233343500020000D 2,2F030313233343500020000E 2,2F130313233343500020000E 2,2F130313233343500020000F in which the first column is a identifier grouping tags, generally onto a pallet. If a pallet tag (2F0...) exists in the group the cases are aggregated onto that pallet in the ASN. Otherwise they are listed as loose containers. There can be up to 2000 cases per group, with a theorectical limit of 32750 total number of cases and pallets in a shipment. Every case in the log is assumed to contain the same Contract Line Item (CLIN) and the same quantity of that CLIN. The first tag in the log file is used to determine information about the shipment. The Std-Barc RFIDLog.txt file is searched to locate that first Log File Tag. From that record the Contract, Order, and Shipment numbers, and the CLIN and Quantity are determined. Mixed loads (different CLINs and quantities) may be supported in future versions. The Log File translation is started by in LoadMgr using the File > Special Import Formats > Pallet Scan Log File menu command. ----------------------- ALI-Corp RFID Data File ----------------------- RFID shipment data can be sent to ALI-Corp after review and (if necessary) aggregation of cases onto pallets.
