Address/Text Database Tool    (FormStation and DD-Master)

  • Download current version (2.3.017)
  • Place downloaded file (FSDBTool.Exe) in FormStation or DD-Master application folder, as it requires DLLs resident there to operate.

Data may be imported into all databases from the legacy DOS MasterWriter applications. Address data may also be imported and exported in text format, using a DBase type comma-delimited format.

Parts Database

"Key-NSN","Key-PN","NSN","PartNum","Noun","Price","UI"

where:
     Key-NSN is the primary index key (usually NSN)
     Key-PN is the secondary index key (usually Part Number)
     Price and UI are currently ignored (provided for export compatibility)


Address Database

"CAGE","Type","AddrLn1","AddrLn2","AddrLn3","AddrLn4","AddrLn5"

The "Type" column is one of the following:

  • P - Prime Contractor
  • F - Ship From
  • T - Ship To
  • M - Mark For
  • A - Contract Administrative Office
  • P - Payment Office

Note that the Address format differs slightly from Excel CSV format, in that all data must be enclosed in double quotes ("). CSV format is currently supported only for the Parts Database.
