Mil-Pac Technology offers several form processing
systems for defense contractors, which manage and generate
forms such as the DD250, DD1149, DD1348, DD1387, DD1659,
SF1034, SF1443, SF1448, FAA-8130-3, commercial shippers
and invoices, etc. Click here
to view examples of currently supported forms.
All form processing applications use the same FormEditor
but differ in the way they create, store and organize
documents, and in the amount of automation and contract
reporting provided. |
DD-FormStation
is a generic form processor, compatible with all Mil-Pac
supported forms. Principally for use on short runs
of DD250s (less than five shipments) and for other non-DD250
forms. Supports WAWF and automated barcode
label generation. Supports form generation by other
software packages such as accounting and ERP (Baan,
Oracle,
SAP, WDS,
etc), including the processing and submittal of UIDs.
Has limited reporting capabilities. Links with Mil-Pac's
Std-Barc to
automatically produce Mil-Std 129P-compliant barcode labels
including RFID
tags and Advance Shipment Notices (ASN). |
|
DD-Master
highly automates generation of DD250, DD1149, SF1034,
and other serialized commercial and custom forms. Specifically
designed to support contracts requiring sequential DD250
shipments to multiple shipment points. Includes basic
contract status reporting capabilities. Generates WAWF
transactions, including support for UID
reporting and automatic
UID generation. Links with Mil-Pac's Std-Barc
to automatically produce Mil-Std 129P-compliant barcode
labels including RFID
tags and Advance Shipment Notices (ASN). Includes the
DD-FormStation for short runs and processing of forms
not supported by DD-Master.

EDiForm
automatically generates DD250s from purchase orders
received electronically as EDI-850 transactions, generally
from one of the Defense Supply Centers. While EDiForm
can generate multiple DD250s per order, it is best suited
for POs that require only one shipment per order. DD250s
can be generated as paper forms, WAWF Receiving Reports/Invoices,
or EDI-850 and EDI-810 transactions. Links with Mil-Pac's
Std-Barc to automatically
produce barcode labels in accordance with Mil-Std 129,
including RFID
tags and Advance Shipment Notices (ASN).

ShipMan, the predecessor of DD-Master, has evolved into
a specialized tool for handling multiple shipment contracts
that are received electronically as EDI-850 transactions,
generally from one of the Defense Supply Centers. While
EDiForm can generate multiple DD250s per order, DD-Shipman
is specifically designed for the task.. DD250s can be
generated as paper forms, WAWF Receiving Reports/Invoices,
or EDI-850 and EDI-810 transactions. Links with Mil-Pac's
Std-Barc to automatically
produce barcode labels in accordance with Mil-Std 129.
